The invention discloses a preparation device and method for a SiC coating graphite base. The preparation device comprises a furnace body, a crucible assembly, a pressing tool and a heating body, and a temperature measuring channel is defined by the side wall of the furnace body; the crucible assembly comprises an annular crucible, an upper graphite plate and a lower graphite plate, and the upper graphite plate and the lower graphite plate are clamped at the top and the bottom of the inner side of the annular crucible; a temperature measuring hole is defined in the side wall of the annular crucible, and the temperature measuring hole and the temperature measuring channel are coaxially arranged; the annular crucible, the upper graphite plate and the lower graphite plate jointly define a reaction space, graphite paper is attached to the inner wall of the reaction space, and the reaction space is used for containing a graphite base and reaction materials; the hold-down clamp is arranged in the furnace body and is used for bearing and applying pressure to the crucible assembly; and the heating body is arranged in the furnace body. According to the SiC coating graphite base prepared through the method, the corrosion resistance, the oxidation resistance and the thermal shock resistance of the graphite base can be improved, and meanwhile the coating of the graphite base is not prone to cracking, long in service life and low in cost.
本发明公开一种SiC涂层石墨基座的制备装置及制备方法,制备装置包括炉体、坩埚组件、压具和加热体,炉体侧壁限定出测温通道;坩埚组件包括环形坩埚、上石墨板和下石墨板,上石墨板和下石墨板卡装在环形坩埚内侧的顶部和底部;环形坩埚侧壁限定出测温孔,测温孔与测温通道同轴设置;环形坩埚、上石墨板和下石墨板共同限定出反应空间,反应空间的内壁贴有石墨纸,反应空间用于放置石墨基座及反应物料;压具安装在炉体内部,用于承载和向坩埚组件施压;加热体设置在炉体内。通过本发明制备的SiC涂层石墨基座,能够提高石墨基座的抗腐蚀性、抗氧化性性、抗热震性,同时,该石墨基座涂层不易开裂且使用寿命长、成本低。
