The invention discloses a pile head breaking and removing method based on a steel bar sleeve and belongs to the technical field of pile foundation construction, a steel bar cage of a pile head comprises a plurality of longitudinal bars which are annularly and evenly distributed and annular stirrups connected with the longitudinal bars, and the pile head breaking and removing method comprises the following steps that parts are prefabricated, and the steel bar cage, a floating ring, a threaded limiting block, the sleeve and a sealing cover are prefabricated in a factory; the floating ring is provided with a center hole for a longitudinal bar of the reinforcement cage to penetrate through, and the threaded limiting block is provided with a threaded hole matched with the longitudinal bar. Mounting a sleeve on the pile head; lowering a reinforcement cage, namely lowering the reinforcement cage to a specified elevation by using a crane; concrete is poured, concrete is poured into the pile hole, and during pouring, the concrete is prevented from being directly poured on the surface of the floating ring; the pile head is broken, and pile head concrete is broken; and the pile head is hoisted, the broken pile head is hoisted, and it is guaranteed that the steel bars cannot be damaged in the hoisting process. The method can prevent buoyancy of concrete grout from affecting the casing pipe, and the construction efficiency is improved.
