The grouting pipe is sleeved with the two sealing piece sets, a grouting hole is formed between the two sealing piece sets, and when the grouting pipe is inserted into the guide pipe, the space between the two sealing piece sets forms a grouting chamber. The invention further discloses a construction method of the continuous wall supporting structure. The injection pipe is used for spraying water to the underground and reducing resistance during sinking and pulling out of the steel pipe pile when the steel pipe pile sinks and is pulled out, and the grouting pipe is used for injecting pure cement paste into an external water seepage area through the grouting chamber and solidifying a soil body so as to eliminate the water seepage phenomenon.
