The invention discloses an immersed tunnel construction method without sealing a door and a ballast water tank for a pipe joint, which comprises the following steps: 1, prefabricating the pipe joint with two unsealed ends, mounting a pulling device on the outer sides of the side wall and the top plate of the pipe joint, and mounting a connecting bolt on the end surface of the pipe joint; 2, hoisting the pipe joint into water, arranging a reusable buoyancy tank in the pipe joint or/and at the top of the pipe joint, and transporting the pipe joint to a tunnel site in a floating manner; 3, the immersed pipe joint screw rod is inserted into a to-be-immersed pipe joint bolt hole, pulling and closing devices arranged on the outer sides of the tunnel side wall and the top plate are pulled and closed, and water stop belts between the pipe joints are made for water stop; 4, one pipe joint is immersed, and after the butt joint work of the pipe joint to be immersed and the immersed pipe joint is completed, the pipe joints are immersed and in butt joint in sequence; 5, stopping water between the pipe joint and the working vertical shaft, and pumping out water in the vertical shaft and the pipe joint; 6, installing a bolt gasket and a nut in the pipe joint, and disassembling the pulling device outside the tunnel; and 7, other structures of the ashore section and the internal structure of the tunnel are constructed, and finally the immersed tunnel is formed.
本发明公开了一种管节无需封门及压载水箱的沉管隧道建造方法,步骤如下:1,预制两端未封闭的管节,在管节侧墙、顶板外侧安装拉合装置,同时在管节端面安装连接螺栓;2,起吊管节入水,在管节内部或/和管节顶部设置可重复使用的浮箱,将管节浮运至隧址;3,已沉放管节螺杆插入待沉放的管节螺栓孔中,拉合设置在隧道侧墙、顶板外侧的拉合装置,并做好管节间止水带止水;4,沉放一节管节,待沉放的管节与已沉放管节完成对接工作后,管节依此沉放对接;5,做好管节与工作竖井之间的止水,将竖井及管节内的水抽出;6,在管节内安装螺栓垫圈、螺母,拆卸隧道外拉合装置;7,施工岸上段其他结构及隧道内部结构,最终形成沉管隧道。
