本发明公开了一种预应力抗浮锚杆的防水节点构造及其施工方法,包括:锚固板,基坑的基槽连通于基坑集水井,基槽的槽底形成有多个锚杆孔,锚固板铺设于基槽的槽底且封堵于锚杆孔;竖向设置于基槽中的防腐套筒,防腐套筒连接于锚固板的穿孔,防腐套筒的外部形成有止水环板,防腐套筒的上端连接有封端板,封端板开设有贯孔,锚杆孔中的预应力筋穿设于防腐套筒和贯孔并伸至坑底的上方;垫层,浇筑于坑底和基槽中;超前防水卷材,铺设于基槽中的垫层上,超前防水卷材的外缘延伸至坑底上的垫层,超前防水卷材的内侧上翻包覆于防腐套筒的下部;封闭混凝土,填充于基槽内,混凝土包覆于防腐套筒,坑底的垫层和封闭混凝土上铺设有常规防水卷材。本发明解决了预应力抗浮锚杆后张拉易导致底板渗漏的问题。
