The invention provides an air-accumulation-free waterway system for a supporting type converter valve tower. The air-accumulation-free waterway system comprises a main water inlet pipeline, a main water return pipeline, branch waterways, flange straight tee joints, an inlet valve tower butterfly valve and an outlet valve tower butterfly valve. The main water inlet pipeline is arranged perpendicular to the ground, the water inlet side of the main water inlet pipeline is connected with an inlet valve tower butterfly valve, and the water outlet side of the main water inlet pipeline is connected with one end of a branch water path through a flange straight tee joint; the water inlet side of the main water return pipeline is connected with the other end of the branch water path through a flange straight tee joint, and the water outlet side of the main water return pipeline is connected with a valve outlet tower butterfly valve. The problem that waterway air accumulation at the tail end of the interlayer water pipe and the upper end of the water return pipe of the valve tower water pipe of the supporting type converter valve in the direct-current power transmission project is serious is solved, so that no air accumulation of the waterway of the converter valve tower is ensured, and the running reliability of the direct-current project is improved.
