A fluid communicating vessel mechanism is formed by utilizing a gap channel existing in an outer wall outer insulation board and an outer wall construction technology and a pipeline arranged in a wall body, and the purposes of achieving the chimney effect, adjusting the temperature in a gap outside the wall body and reducing the energy consumption in a building are achieved through the difference between the air temperature in an outer wall gap and the air temperature of a basement.
