The invention discloses an anti-puncture vacuum insulation panel and a preparation method thereof. The anti-puncture vacuum insulation panel comprises a glass fiber core material, a drying agent, puncture-resistant fireproof cloth, a barrier film and a PE film, the drying agent is embedded in the glass fiber core material, and the puncture-resistant fireproof cloth comprises an upper flame-retardant polypropylene fiber non-woven fabric layer, a lower flame-retardant polypropylene fiber non-woven fabric layer and a polyethylene waterproof flame-retardant puncture layer clamped between the two flame-retardant polypropylene fiber non-woven fabric layers; the barrier film is composed of a first silicon oxide coating having the general formula SiOxCy and an amorphous diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating; the PE film is prepared from flame-retardant master batch, linear polyethylene, high-pressure polyethylene and brominated flame retardant according to a certain mass fraction. According to the anti-puncture vacuum insulated panel and the preparation method thereof, the anti-puncture vacuum insulated panel has waterproof, puncture-resistant and flame-retardant properties, is good in construction paving property, meets the requirements of constructional engineering on the fireproof and flame-retardant properties of the vacuum insulated panel and the requirement of preventing plant puncture, and is beneficial to popularization and application of the vacuum insulated panel.
