The invention discloses steel rail conveying equipment and a steel rail conveying system.The steel rail conveying equipment comprises a rack, a driving wheel set, a clamping mechanism and a power mechanism, the driving wheel set, the clamping mechanism and the power mechanism are installed on the rack, and the driving wheel set clamps a steel rail to be conveyed under driving of the clamping mechanism and then conveys the clamped steel rail under driving of the power mechanism; the driving wheel set comprises a first sliding block and a second sliding block which are arranged in parallel. The first sliding block and the second sliding block are each provided with two driving wheels. The clamping mechanism comprises a main oil cylinder and an auxiliary oil cylinder, and the main oil cylinder and the auxiliary oil cylinder drive the first sliding block and the second sliding block to move relatively so that the driving wheel can be clamped on the rail waist portion of the steel rail. The power mechanism comprises four motors corresponding to the four driving wheels. The four motors are adopted for synchronous segmented speed driving, and replacement is easy; if one of the four concentrated and independent driving shafts is damaged, the production operation is not influenced in a short time, and the replacement time is short; the driving wheels are clamped on the two sides of the rail web of the non-working face of the steel rail, and abrasion and crushing of the rail face are avoided.
