The invention discloses cement concrete mortar containing inferior sand, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 420-480 parts of cement; 1000 to 1500 parts of inferior sand; 450 to 460 parts of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; wherein the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is prepared from isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, unsaturated carboxylic acid small monomers, ascorbic acid, a hydrogen peroxide deionized water solution and 2-methyl-2-acrylic acid-2-hydroxyethyl ester phosphate; the unsaturated carboxylic acid small monomer is acrylic acid or methacrylic acid. The invention also discloses the inferior sand-containing cement concrete mortar prepared by the method. The low-quality sand-containing cement concrete mortar with good fluidity is prepared, and the application problem of low-quality sand in concrete is solved.
本发明公开了一种含劣质砂的水泥混凝土砂浆，按质量份计，包括水泥420～480份；劣质砂1000～1500份；聚羧酸减水剂450～460份；其中，所述聚羧酸减水剂由异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、不饱和羧酸类小单体、抗坏血酸、过氧化氢去离子水溶液、2‑甲基‑2‑丙烯酸‑2‑羟乙基酯磷酸酯制备而成；所述不饱和羧酸类小单体为丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸。本发明还公开了上述方法制备得到的含劣质砂的水泥混凝土砂浆。本发明制备得到了流动性好的含劣质砂的水泥混凝土砂浆，解决了劣质砂在混凝土中的应用问题。
