Method for preparing self-repairing mortar by using active cement particle microcapsules
The invention provides a method for preparing self-repairing mortar by using an active cement particle microcapsule, which comprises the following steps: (1) active cement particle preparation and microencapsulation: uniformly mixing all components in proportion, briquetting, drying, adsorbing PEG (Polyethylene Glycol), crushing, and spraying m-phenylenediamine on the surfaces of the particles to obtain active cement particles, the microcapsule is prepared by encapsulating active cement particles with a polymer through a method of combining interfacial polymerization and melt condensation; and (2) preparing self-repairing mortar by using the prepared active cement particle microcapsule, cracking and testing the self-repairing effect. The preparation method has the innovation points that (1) an active cement particle core material is prepared, and a polymer is used for encapsulating a solid core material to prepare the microcapsule; (2) the microcapsules can be broken and release self-repairing substances in the self-repairing mortar, and the self-repairing mortar prepared from the active cement particle microcapsules has an obvious self-repairing effect and has an obvious repairing effect on microcracks with the width of 287.3 +/-22.7 microns or below.
本发明提供了一种利用活性水泥颗粒微胶囊制备自修复砂浆的方法,包括:(1)活性水泥颗粒制备及微胶囊化:将各组分按比例均匀混合后,压块、干燥后吸附PEG,破碎后在颗粒表面喷涂间苯二胺,得到活性水泥颗粒,通过界面聚合和熔融冷凝相结合的方法使用聚合物包封活性水泥颗粒制备微胶囊;(2)利用所制备的活性水泥颗粒微胶囊制备自修复砂浆,开裂并测试自修复效果。本发明创新点:(1)制备活性水泥颗粒芯材,并使用聚合物包封固体芯材制备微胶囊;(2)微胶囊在自修复砂浆中可以破裂并释放自修复物质,利用活性水泥颗粒微胶囊制备的自修复砂浆具有明显的自修复效果,对于宽度在287.3±22.7μm以下的微裂纹都有明显的修复效果。
