The invention discloses a polymer modified high-viscosity super-early-strength composite material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 300 to 550 parts of composite high-strength cement, 50 to 200 parts of active mineral admixture, 30 to 100 parts of multi-source composite expanding agent, 400 to 750 parts of fine aggregate, 1 to 3 parts of water reducing agent, 0.5 to 4.5 parts of retarder and 2 to 5 parts of polymer modifier. The polymer modified high-bonding super-early-strength composite material prepared by the method has the characteristics of super early strength, high bonding strength and high crack resistance, and the defects that a common early-strength repair material is easy to shrink and crack, poor in bonding performance with an existing structure and the like are remarkably improved. The invention is suitable for the field of rapid repair and maintenance of various bridge expansion joints, pavement defects, airport runways and the like, has the advantages of rapid early strength rise, rapid traffic opening, high bonding strength with the existing structure, guarantee of cooperative stress of new and old parts, and substantial improvement of the durability and safe operation life of the structure to be constructed.
