High-performance ultrathin carbon layer film and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-performance ultrathin carbon layer film and a preparation method thereof, and particularly belongs to the field of electrode materials. The preparation method of the ultrathin carbon layer film comprises the following preparation steps: (1) spinning a biomass powder spinning solution to obtain spinning fibers; (2) curing the spinning fiber obtained in the step (1) at 100-150 DEG C for 1-2 hours, carbonizing in inert gas, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain a carbon fiber membrane; and (3) irradiating the carbon fiber film obtained in the step (2) by using an ultraviolet lamp at room temperature, and obtaining the high-performance ultrathin carbon layer film after the irradiation is finished. The ultrathin carbon layer film is simple in preparation process, relatively good in comprehensive performance, relatively large in specific surface area and pore volume, and relatively high in charging specific capacity and capacitance retention rate.
本发明涉及一种高性能的超薄碳层膜及其制备方法,具体属于电极材料领域。该超薄碳层膜的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:(1)将生物质粉纺丝液进行纺丝,得到纺丝纤维;(2)将步骤(1)得到的纺丝纤维于100‑150℃下固化1‑2h后,在惰性气体中进行碳化,自然冷却至室温,得到碳纤维膜;(3)在室温下,使用紫外灯对步骤(2)得到的碳纤维膜进行照射,照射结束后,即得到高性能的超薄碳层膜。该超薄碳层膜的制备工艺简单,综合性能较好,比表面积、孔容较大,充电比容量、电容量保持率均较高。
