Comprising more than or equal to 90% of waste silica brick SiO2, more than or equal to 98.5% of silica fine powder SiO2, more than or equal to 98.5% of metal silicon powder Si, more than or equal to 90% of silica micropowder SiO2, more than or equal to 75% of nano aluminum gel powder Al2O3, more than or equal to 4.5 m < 2 >/g of BET, 40-41% of stabilizer nano silica sol SiO2, less than or equal to 0.3% of Na2O, pH of 9.0-10.0, viscosity of less than or equal to 25.0 mPaS and average particle size of 10-12 nm. The castable can be used for local repair of coke ovens, carbon calcining furnaces and glass kilns, and can also be used for integral casting molding.
