The invention relates to the field of elastic floor tiles, aims to solve the problem that the existing elastic floor tiles are easy to bloom and return oil, and provides an elastic floor tile which comprises the following components in parts by weight: matrix components: 100-130 parts of TPU and 40-50 parts of silicone rubber; auxiliaries: 20-30 parts of barium sulfate and 3-6 parts of white oil; and the barium sulfate is simultaneously distributed in the entity space and the pore space of the elastic floor tile. The elastic floor tile provided by the invention is provided with the porous structure, and the porous structure has two functions, namely, the buffer performance of the floor tile is improved, and the auxiliary agent or the oil agent is more migrated to the inner hole instead of the outer surface of the floor tile in the blooming and oil returning process through the inner hole surface far larger than the outer surface of the floor tile; according to the elastic floor tile provided by the invention, excessive barium sulfate is added, so that a part of barium sulfate is separated out to enter the pore space of the elastic floor tile to fill the space gap, and the deformation quantity of the elastic floor tile under stress can be reduced by filling the pore space through separation of barium sulfate while the inner surface of the pore space is ensured to be large enough.
本发明涉及弹性地砖领域，用以解决现有弹性地砖容易出现喷霜和返油现象的问题，提供了一种弹性地砖，按重量份计，包括：基体成分：100‑130份TPU、40‑50份硅橡胶；助剂：20‑30份硫酸钡和3‑6份白油；所述硫酸钡同时分布于弹性地砖的实体空间和孔隙空间。本发明提供的弹性地砖具有多孔结构，此多孔结构有两个功能，一是增加了地砖的缓冲性能，二是通过远大于地砖外表面的内孔表面，使得喷霜和返油过程中，助剂或油剂更多地是往内孔迁移，而不是地砖外表面；本发明提供的弹性地砖通过添加过量的硫酸钡，使得硫酸钡一部分析出进入弹性地砖的孔隙空间，填补空间间隙，在确保孔隙空间内表面足够大的同时，通过硫酸钡的析出填补孔隙空间，可减少弹性地砖受力时的形变量。
