The invention discloses a well sealing method and structure of a basement dewatering well. The method comprises the steps that a dewatering well pipe is cut to the position above a cushion layer; a well sealing lower cover is installed on the dewatering well pipe, a side sealing pipe and a sealing plate of the well sealing lower cover are installed on the dewatering well pipe and arranged on the cushion layer, the upper end of the side sealing pipe is not smaller than the elevation of the upper surface of the bottom plate, and a water stopping plate of the well sealing lower cover is located in the center of the bottom plate; a water pumping pipe in the dewatering well pipe extends out of the inner drainage pipe; a waterproof coiled material is laid on the cushion layer, and the waterproof coiled material is turned upwards and extends to the side sealing pipes; constructing a bottom plate; after construction of the basement structure is completed, the water pumping pipe is pulled out or cut, a well sealing upper cover is installed on the inner discharging pipe and comprises a pipe body and a top plate, the pipe body and the top plate are installed on the inner discharging pipe, the upper surface of the top plate is made to be lower than the upper surface of a bottom plate in elevation, and the pipe body is arranged on a sealing plate and/or the inner discharging pipe; and a concrete closed body is formed in the hole of the bottom plate. The sealing performance of the dewatering well casing can be improved, and a well sealing structure is prevented from being oxidized or corroded.
