The structure comprises a combined panel and a wrapped reinforced soil body, the combined panel comprises a prefabricated panel on the outer side and a cast-in-place panel on the inner side, the bottom of the combined panel is connected with the foundation, and a reinforcing mesh is arranged in the cast-in-place panel; the wrapping type reinforced soil body comprises wrapping bodies, filler, geogrids, connecting steel bars, connecting rods and U-shaped nails, and the wrapping bodies are arranged on the two sides of the reinforced soil body and are formed by piling the filling materials filled in the geotextile bags; the wrapped reinforced soil body and the prefabricated panel are connected into a whole through cast-in-place concrete, embedded connecting steel bars, geogrids, connecting rods, U-shaped nails, steel bar meshes and steel bar rings of the prefabricated panel. The wrapped reinforced soil body is of a self-stabilizing structure and is good in stability.
