After the foundation slab is poured, the underground structure and the anti-floating anchor rod can be synchronously constructed after the foundation slab forms certain strength, and the purpose of saving the construction period is achieved; and the local compressive strength of the end part of the anchor rod in the bottom plate can be enhanced through effective welding of the anchoring section of the anchor rod and the bottom plate reinforcing steel bars, so that local bottom plate concrete under the anchoring rigid sheet is prevented from being crushed, and the anchoring reliability is improved.
本发明提供一种后施工抗浮锚杆施工方法,包括:测量定位标记;施工底板大面垫层;绑扎底板钢筋;安装槽钢预埋件;浇筑槽钢预埋件的槽钢以外底板混凝土;施工抗浮锚杆以及试验;浇筑槽钢预埋件的矩形钢板以下混凝土;焊接抗浮锚杆端部的锚固钢片;浇筑矩形钢板以上部分混凝土并及时收光养护。本发明可以实现在基础底板浇筑完成后,待其形成一定强度,同步施工地下结构和抗浮锚杆,达到节省工期的目的;还可以通过锚杆锚固段与底板钢筋的有效焊接加强锚杆端部在底板中的局部抗压强度,避免锚固刚片下局部底板混凝土压碎,从而提高锚固的可靠性。
