The three glass panels are arranged in parallel and are arranged at certain intervals; a cavity between the first glass panel and the second glass panel is a heat collection ventilation cavity; a cavity between the second glass panel and the third glass panel is a closed cavity; the heat collection ventilation cavity is formed in the indoor side of the building; and a plurality of condensing lens battens are uniformly arranged in the closed cavity in parallel at intervals. The louver battens are designed to be the condensing lenses, direct light is prevented from entering, and meanwhile the indoor lighting effect of scattered light is reserved.
