The invention provides a solar panel with a composite material frame. A composite material profile is used as a four-side frame of the solar panel; the composite material profile is provided with symmetrical transverse sections, the upper half portions of the transverse sections are provided with center hole positions, and the lower half portions of the transverse sections are provided with n-shaped center clamping positions. Panel grooves are formed in the two sides of the center hole position, and sealing strip grooves are formed in the two sides of the center clamping position. A conductive filler of carbon black, graphite powder or metal powder is added into the resin of the lower half part of the composite material profile, or conductive carbon fibers are mixed in the reinforced fibers of the lower half part of the composite material profile. The device has multiple functions of sealing, power generation, static electricity prevention and the like.
