The invention discloses a method for preparing calcium sulphoaluminate modified Portland cement clinker and co-producing a potash fertilizer from tailings, and belongs to the technical field of industrial waste resource reutilization. The invention provides a method for preparing calcium sulphoaluminate modified Portland cement clinker and co-producing a potash fertilizer by using tailings, so that comprehensive utilization of the tailings containing feldspar, mica and the like and phosphogypsum is realized. Calcium oxide, tailings and ardealite are mixed in proportion and then homogenized and levigated to prepare a raw material, the raw material is roasted, cooled and levigated at a certain temperature to obtain a final product cement clinker, meanwhile potassium salt and sodium salt in the tailings react with high-temperature flue gas and then are recycled through an efficient recycling device, and the cement clinker is processed into a potassium fertilizer. Therefore, comprehensive utilization and zero emission of the molybdenum tailings and the ardealite containing mineral resources such as feldspar and mica are realized.
