The cement production system based on biomass co-pyrolysis comprises a decomposing furnace and a rotary kiln, a decomposing chamber is arranged in the decomposing furnace, and a first feeding port, a second feeding port, a first discharging port and a first gas outlet are formed in the decomposing chamber; a calcining chamber is arranged in the rotary kiln, a fire spraying opening and a second discharging opening are formed in one side of the calcining chamber, a third feeding opening is formed in the other side of the calcining chamber, the third feeding opening is communicated with the first discharging opening, the fire spraying opening is communicated with the first air outlet, and the second discharging opening is communicated with the second feeding opening. Therefore, through the coupling effect between the gasification reaction of the biomass and the decomposition reaction of the cement raw material, the forward proceeding of the decomposition reaction of the cement raw material is effectively promoted, the decomposition temperature of calcium carbonate can be reduced, and the economical efficiency of each unit of cement clinker is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于生物质共热解的水泥生产系统,包括分解炉和回转窑,其中,分解炉内设有分解室,分解室上设有第一进料口、第二进料口、第一出料口和第一出气口;回转窑内设有煅烧室,煅烧室的一侧设有喷火口和第二出料口,另一侧设有第三进料口,第三进料口与第一出料口联通,喷火口与第一出气口联通,第二出料口与第二进料口联通。由此,通过利用生物质的气化反应和水泥生料的分解反应之间的耦合作用,从而有效的促进水泥生料的分解反应的正向进行,可以降低碳酸钙的分解温度,提升每单位水泥熟料的经济性。
