Phosphogypsum-based CLSM material strength regulator and use method thereof
The invention discloses a phosphogypsum-based CLSM material strength regulator and a use method thereof. The conditioning agent is composed of 96-98% by mass of peat soil and 2-4% by mass of a water reducing agent. The ignition loss wu of the peat soil is more than or equal to 10%, the residual fiber content wf is less than or equal to 1%, and the pH value is more than or equal to 6.0. The preparation and use method of the regulator comprises the following steps: adding the water reducing agent into the peat soil powder in proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain the regulator; the modifier is added in the preparation process of the ardealite-based CLSM material; the addition amount of the modifier is controlled according to the following standards: when the ignition loss wu of the peat soil is 10-30%, the modifier is added according to three times of the mixing amount of cement in the phosphogypsum-based CLSM material; when the wu of the peat soil is 30-60%, the peat soil is added by two times; when wu of the peat soil is larger than 60%, the peat soil is added by one time. The modifier effectively overcomes the defects that a conventional ardealite-based CLSM material is too high in strength and large in bleeding rate, has the advantages of being controllable in strength and low in bleeding rate, and is expected to be widely applied to municipal pipeline backfill projects.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏基CLSM材料强度调节剂及其使用方法。该调节剂由质量比96~98%的泥炭土和2~4%的减水剂组成;要求泥炭土烧失量wu≥10%,残余纤维含量wf≤1%,pH值≥6.0。该调节剂的制备及使用方法:按比例在泥炭土粉末中加入减水剂并搅拌均匀即得调节剂;在磷石膏基CLSM材料制备过程中加入本调节剂;本调节剂加入量按以下标准控制:当泥炭土烧失量wu为10~30%时,按磷石膏基CLSM材料中水泥掺量的3倍添加本调节剂;当泥炭土wu为30~60%时,按2倍添加;当泥炭土wu>60%时,按1倍添加。本调节剂有效解决了常规磷石膏基CLSM材料强度过高、泌水率大的缺点,使其具有强度可控、泌水率低的优势从而有望被广泛用于市政管道回填工程。
