The invention discloses a water-retaining admixture based on a polycarboxylic acid water reducer and a preparation method of the water-retaining admixture. The water-retaining admixture is obtained by uniformly mixing a mixture based on cellulose ether and polycarboxylic acid type high-performance water reducing agent powder, and the mixture is obtained by mixing and grinding gelatin powder, silicon nitride micro powder, cellulose ether micro powder and calcium oxide powder, calcium oxide, cellulose ether and silicon nitride are capsule type structure particles with inner wrappage. According to the invention, the materials are compounded, gelatin is adopted as an adhesive and is softened and melted at 75-90 DEG C to form viscous liquid, the silicon nitride micro powder, the calcium oxide powder and the cellulose ether are well bonded, and uniform dispersion among the powder is ensured through continuous grinding and ultrasonic dispersion; the good mixture state of the concrete is still ensured under the condition of high mixing amount of the cellulose ether, the mechanical property of the concrete is not reduced, and the adverse effect of the cellulose ether on the concrete mixture is reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于聚羧酸系减水剂的保水型外加剂及其制备方法。本发明所述保水型外加剂由基于纤维素醚的混合物与聚羧酸系高性能减水剂粉体混合均匀得到,该混合物为由明胶粉、氮化硅微粉、纤维素醚微粉、氧化钙粉混合研磨后得到的以明胶为网状包裹层,氧化钙、纤维素醚、氮化硅为内包裹物的胶囊式结构颗粒。本发明通过上述材料复配,采用明胶作为胶粘剂,在75~90℃之间软化融化,形成粘性液体,较好的粘接住氮化硅微粉、氧化钙粉和纤维素醚,并通过不断的研磨和超声分散,保证各粉料之间分散均匀,实现纤维素醚在高掺量条件下依然保证混凝土良好的拌和物状态,且不会造成混凝土力学性能的下降,降低了纤维素醚对混凝土拌和物的不利影响。
