The invention relates to the technical field of fireproof plates, in particular to an anti-radiation high-temperature-resistant fireproof plate and a preparation method thereof. The anti-radiation high-temperature-resistant fireproof plate comprises a base plate layer and an anti-radiation coating layer. The base plate layer comprises the following component raw materials in parts by weight: 75-125 parts of a cementing material, 20-40 parts of a reinforcing material, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent and 1-3 parts of a retarder; the anti-radiation coating layer is prepared from the following component raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of anti-radiation resin, 10 to 20 parts of modified filler, 0.5 to 2 parts of photoinitiator, 1 to 2 parts of flatting agent and 1 to 2 parts of defoaming agent. The prepared anti-radiation high-temperature-resistant fireproof plate can be well applied to sites such as nuclear power stations, laboratories and radiology departments of hospitals, and harm of radiation to operators is greatly reduced.
