Room-temperature flash sintering method for piezoelectric ceramics
The method comprises the following steps: applying high voltage to a high-voltage electrode on a piezoelectric ceramic green body through a high-voltage power supply in a low-pressure environment so as to excite the surface of the piezoelectric ceramic green body to generate glow discharge; and placing the piezoelectric ceramic green body with glow discharge on the surface in air, and after the piezoelectric ceramic green body is in full contact with oxygen, applying high voltage to a high-voltage electrode of the ceramic green body through a high-voltage power supply so as to finish sintering. According to the piezoelectric ceramic room-temperature flash sintering method, an external heating device is not needed, and piezoelectric ceramic flash sintering in a room-temperature environment is achieved.
