A large-thickness water-stable base layer, a continuous reinforced concrete layer, a high-viscoelastic asphalt mortar lower surface layer, a water-based epoxy adhesive layer, a high-modulus asphalt mixture middle surface layer, a rubber asphalt sealing layer and a high-skid-resistance asphalt mixture surface layer are sequentially arranged from a roadbed to the top; wherein the road surface paving structure is divided into bridge two-side paving structures and a bridge bottom paving structure, the lowest point of a vertical curve of the road surface paving structure is arranged on the bridge bottom paving structure, longitudinal drainage ditches are formed in the edges of the bridge two-side paving structures, and transverse drainage ditches are formed in the communicating positions of the bridge two-side paving structures and the bridge bottom paving structure; a steel drainage grate is mounted at the upper part of the transverse drainage ditch; the longitudinal drainage ditch and the transverse drainage ditch are communicated with a water-collecting well. The anti-rutting performance of the overloading road passing through the bridge bottom in the high-temperature season can be effectively improved, the problem of drainage of the bridge bottom is solved, and the driving safety is guaranteed.
本发明公开一种下穿桥底重载道路的路面铺装结构,涉及道路工程技术领域,其从路基往上依次为大厚度水稳基层、连续配筋混凝土层、高粘弹沥青胶砂下面层、水性环氧粘层、高模量沥青混合料中面层、橡胶沥青封层和高抗滑沥青混合料表面层;其中:路面铺装结构分为桥梁两侧铺装结构和桥梁底部铺装结构,路面铺装结构的竖曲线最低点设置在桥梁底部铺装结构上,桥梁两侧铺装结构的边部设置纵向排水沟,桥梁两侧铺装结构与桥梁底部铺装结构的连通位置设置横向排水沟,横向排水沟上部安装有钢制排水篦子,纵向排水沟和横向排水沟连通集水井。本发明可以有效提升高温季节下穿桥底重载道路的抗车辙性能,解决桥底排水问题,保证行车安全性。
