The invention provides a novel standard penetration test elevator which can be widely applied to the field of geotechnical engineering investigation. The device specifically comprises a sleeve, a guide rod is arranged in the sleeve in a sleeved mode, the guide rod is divided into an upper section and a lower section, the lower section is an equal-diameter rod, the upper section is a variable-diameter rod, and the diameter of the variable-diameter rod is gradually reduced; two swing rods which are symmetrically distributed are hinged to the bottom face of the sleeve, and first extrusion balls are arranged at the bottom ends of the swing rods. A cushion block is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the guide rod, a center penetrating hammer is arranged above the cushion block in a sleeving mode, and a lifting clamping ring is arranged above the center penetrating hammer in a sleeving mode. A right-angle ball containing cavity is formed in the lifting clamping ring, and a first extrusion ball and a second extrusion ball are arranged in the right-angle ball containing cavity. The first extrusion ball is located in a lower groove of the right-angle ball containing cavity, the second extrusion ball is located in a right groove of the right-angle ball containing cavity, and a through hole with the diameter smaller than that of the second extrusion ball is formed in the outer wall of the lifting clamping ring. An annular cavity with the outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the lifting clamping ring and the inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the lifting clamping ring is formed in the center penetrating hammer.
