The invention provides a soft soil foundation road settlement control method, and relates to the field of road engineering. The method comprises the following steps that S1, steel pipe piles are buried in a foundation layer; s2, a gravel layer is laid on the foundation layer, and the steel pipe piles penetrate through the gravel layer; s3, a reinforced concrete plate is poured on the gravel layer, and the reinforced concrete plate and the steel pipe piles are fixed; and S4, when the reinforced concrete slab is loaded, a bearing mechanism on the steel pipe pile can be used for absorbing the load, and therefore the situation that the foundation layer is subjected to differential settlement is reduced. The method has the effect that differential settlement of the foundation layer is not prone to occurring.
