The invention provides a steel sheet pile and cement mixing pile combined supporting structure and a construction method. The steel sheet pile and cement mixing pile combined supporting structure comprises a first steel sheet pile body, a second steel sheet pile body and a cement mixing pile. The first steel sheet pile body and the second steel sheet pile body are alternately connected in a clamped mode, the cement mixing pile comprises a positioning sleeve and a cement pile body, the positioning sleeve is fixed to the first steel sheet pile body and/or the second steel sheet pile body, the upper end of the cement pile body is flush with the first steel sheet pile body and the second steel sheet pile body, and the lower end of the cement pile body extends out of the bottoms of the first steel sheet pile body and the second steel sheet pile body. The positioning sleeves are arranged on the first steel sheet pile body and/or the second steel sheet pile body to form the cement pile body, and the stability and firmness of a steel sheet pile body supporting structure in the prior art are improved; the operation difficulty is effectively reduced, the workload is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the construction quality is ensured; the whole supporting structure is stable, and the reliability is higher.
