The invention provides an indoor seismic isolation groove structure system which can solve the problem that the ground upwarps when a traditional seismic isolation groove structure is in an earthquake, and can ensure multidirectional mobility and ground integrity under the earthquake condition. The shock insulation groove structure system comprises a movable end assembly and a fixed end assembly. The movable end assembly and the fixed end assembly are connected to the building side walls on the two sides of the seismic isolation groove correspondingly, the movable end assembly is connected to a building A, and the fixed end assembly is connected to a building B; the movable end assembly comprises a bearing pulley assembly and a shock insulation groove cover plate movable end supported above the bearing pulley assembly. The fixed end assembly comprises a shock insulation groove cover plate fixed end arranged on a building B, and the shock insulation groove cover plate fixed end comprises a bottom plate and a plurality of tooth pieces B vertically arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate; the butt joint positions of the movable end of the shock insulation groove cover plate and the fixed end of the shock insulation groove cover plate are overlapped, and the tooth pieces A and the tooth pieces B at the overlapping positions are meshed with each other to form a sliding pair.
