The invention discloses multifunctional cement slurry and a preparation method and application thereof, the multifunctional cement slurry comprises a first component and a second component, the first component comprises, by weight, 45-55% of cement, 1-5% of silica fume, 2-6% of mineral powder, 30-45% of sand, 1-4% of sinking beads, 0.1-0.5% of a water reducing agent, 0.1-0.5% of cellulose ether, 0.1-0.5% of wood fiber, 0.1-0.5% of crystalline flake graphite, and 1-2% of fumed silica; the second component is prepared from 8 to 16 percent of pure acrylic emulsion, 18 to 30 percent of styrene-butadiene emulsion, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of preservative, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of emulsified asphalt, 0.1 to 1.0 percent of defoaming agent, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of silane coupling agent, 1 to 2 percent of N-methyl pyrrolidone and 55 to 70 percent of water. The multifunctional cement slurry can enhance the adhesion performance and waterproof performance of tile glue, and can be directly used as a waterproof material for kitchens and bathrooms.
