The anti-crack concrete prefabricated part is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 to 160 parts of water, 240 to 270 parts of cement, 95 to 115 parts of fly ash, 60 to 70 parts of slag powder, 730 to 780 parts of sand, 980 to 1100 parts of gravel, 3 to 5 parts of phase change material, 5 to 10 parts of modified pre-oxidized fiber and 6 to 7 parts of water reducing agent. The modified pre-oxidized fiber is obtained by treating the pre-oxidized fiber with gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, tetraethylene diamine and sodium hydroxide. According to the anti-crack concrete prefabricated part, the total cracking area is greatly reduced, the situation that the anti-crack concrete prefabricated part is damaged in the transportation and hoisting links is reduced, and the anti-crack concrete prefabricated part further has the advantages of being high in compressive strength and breaking strength and has excellent comprehensive performance.
