The invention discloses an inorganic cementing material which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40%-50% of calcined coal gangue, 40%-45% of Portland cement clinker, 5%-10% of gypsum and 1%-5% of aluminum sulfate salt. The coal gangue powder contained in the cementing material can reach 50% at most, and meanwhile it can be guaranteed that the 3d strength is not lower than 25 MPa. According to the cementing material, the use amount of the coal gangue powder can be greatly increased, the coal gangue powder can be effectively consumed, meanwhile, the prepared cementing material is higher in early strength, and the requirement for rapid hardening and early strength of foam concrete can be met.
