According to the polyurethane elastomer for the railway bridge expansion joint and the preparation method and application of the polyurethane elastomer, an adopted modified polyurethane elastomer material is grafted into polyurethane molecules through epoxy resin, nano calcium carbonate, a heat stabilizer, a light stabilizer and a hydrolysis stabilizer are doped, all the components are matched with one another and play a synergistic effect, and the effect of the polyurethane elastomer is improved; the modified polyurethane material has better temperature resistance, mechanical properties and aging resistance, and the service life of the polyurethane material body is prolonged. In order to improve the bonding strength and the construction performance, a single-component moisture-cured polyurethane adhesive is self-made, and construction can still be carried out under humid and cloudy and rainy conditions. The expansion joint solves the problems of pain points and difficulties of an existing rubber waterstop expansion joint and a cast-in-place polyurethane elastomer expansion joint, the service life of the expansion joint is prolonged, the construction speed is increased, and later maintenance and replacement are more convenient.
本发明提供了一种铁路桥梁伸缩缝用聚氨酯弹性体及其制备方法和应用,采用的改性聚氨酯弹性体材料,不仅采用环氧树脂接枝聚氨酯分子中,且掺加纳米碳酸钙、热稳定剂、光稳定剂和水解稳定剂,各组分之间相互配合,发挥协同作用,使得改性聚氨酯材料具有更好的耐温性、力学性能以及抗老化性能,延长了聚氨酯材料本体使用寿命。为了增加粘结强度及施工性能,本发明自制了单组份湿气固化聚氨酯胶黏剂,在潮湿阴雨条件下仍可以施工。本发明解决了目前橡胶止水带伸缩缝和现场浇筑型聚氨酯弹性体伸缩缝的痛点和难点,提高了伸缩缝的使用年限,加快施工速度,而且后期的维修更换更加便捷。
