The invention provides a flame-retardant epoxy resin, a flame-retardant prepreg resin, a flame-retardant prepreg resin matrix adhesive film, a flame-retardant prepreg, a resin reinforced carbon fiber product and a preparation method and application thereof. The flame-retardant epoxy resin contains three flame-retardant elements of nitrogen, phosphorus and silicon, and comprises an isocyanurate ring, a siloxane chain segment, expanded graphite and a phosphaphenanthrene flame-retardant structure. The flame-retardant epoxy resin is prepared from the following raw materials: epoxy polysiloxane, triglycidyl isocyanurate, 10-(2, 5-dihydroxyphenyl)-10-hydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide, expanded graphite and a catalyst, and the flame-retardant epoxy resin is prepared from the following raw materials: epoxy polysiloxane, triglycidyl isocyanurate, 10-(2, 5-dihydroxyphenyl)-10-hydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide, expanded graphite and a catalyst. The problem that in the prior art, in order to improve the flame-retardant effect of a system, a large number of flame retardants are added into flame-retardant prepreg resin, so that the mechanical property of the curing system is degraded is solved.
