Method for laying seamless track ballastless track on highway-railway dual-purpose long-span bridge
The invention provides a method for laying a seamless track ballastless track on a highway-railway dual-purpose large-span bridge. The method comprises the following steps: conveying a track material to a highway layer above a track laying working surface; hoisting a rail material from the road layer to the rail laying working surface; the sleepers are arranged to the designed position according to the designed sleeper interval; a seamless long rail strip traction and conveying mechanism is installed between the highway layer and the auxiliary rail working face; the seamless long rail bars are transported to the end point of the laid ballastless track; the seamless long rail bars are dragged in place through the seamless long rail bar dragging and conveying mechanism by means of vehicles on the road layer; the long rail bars and the rail materials are assembled and fixed to obtain a track panel, and steel bars are bound; a road layer counterweight vehicle is used for carrying out beam surface pre-pressing; the track panel is adjusted in place at a time; concrete is pumped from the highway layer from top to bottom to pour the ballastless track; water is introduced from the road layer to infiltrate and maintain the ballastless track; and welding and locking a seamless track. By means of the method, the seamless track ballastless track laying efficiency on the highway-railway dual-purpose large-span bridge is higher, construction is more convenient, the period is shorter, and flexibility is high.
本发明提出了一种公铁两用大跨桥梁上无缝线路无砟轨道铺设方法,步骤为:将轨料运送至铺轨作业面上方的公路层;从公路层向铺轨作业面吊装轨料;按设计轨枕间距布设轨枕至设计位置;在公路层与辅轨作业面之间安装无缝长轨条牵引及传送机构;运输无缝长轨条至已铺设无砟轨道终点;利用公路层车辆,通过无缝长轨条牵引及传送机构牵引无缝长轨条就位;将长轨条和轨料组装固定得到轨排,及绑扎钢筋;利用公路层配重车辆进行梁面预压;一次性调整轨排到位;从公路层自上而下泵送混凝土以浇筑无砟轨道;从公路层引水进行无砟轨道浸润养护;无缝线路焊接及锁定。本方法使公铁两用大跨桥梁上无缝线路无砟轨道铺设效率更高,施工更方便,周期更短,灵活性强。
