The annular left-turn intersection comprises a cross intersection and an annular lane, the annular lane is arranged on the periphery of the cross-shaped intersection and intersects with the cross-shaped intersection, and the circle center of the annular lane coincides with the center of the cross-shaped intersection; wherein four entrances of the cross intersection correspond to four roads respectively; a turning lane is arranged on the right side of each road and comprises a left turning lane and a right turning lane; the right turn lane is communicated with two adjacent and intersected roads; and the left-turn lane guides a left-turn vehicle to turn left along the annular lane. According to the method, the plane cross intersection and the annular lane intersection are combined, left-turn vehicles turn left in an annular mode, and compared with a common cross intersection, a left-turn lane is located on the outer side of a straight lane, so that interweaving is reduced, the left-turn vehicles pass through the intersection more smoothly, and the passing efficiency of the left-turn intersection is improved.
