The prefabricated tunnel asphalt pavement structure comprises a prefabricated layer, a bonding layer and a flame-retardant asphalt concrete wearing layer which are sequentially paved from bottom to top, the prefabricated layer comprises a plurality of prefabricated pavement sections which are spliced in the length direction of the pavement; a seamless expansion joint is bonded between every two adjacent prefabricated pavement sections; each prefabricated pavement section comprises a lane plate, a waterproof bonding layer and a prefabricated asphalt pavement layer which are sequentially paved from bottom to top; the seamless expansion joint is an epoxy asphalt concrete seamless expansion joint. The prefabricated pavement sections can be prefabricated in a factory and spliced on site, and splicing seams are filled with seamless expansion joints, so that the construction efficiency and quality are improved, the construction period is shortened, the investment of constructors and equipment is reduced, the construction cost and the maintenance cost are reduced, and the use performance and safety of the tunnel pavement are improved.
