The bank slope ecological restoration device comprises a frame, hooks are arranged at the upper end of the frame, the lower end of the frame is connected with a frame box, a baffle is arranged on the upper portion of the frame, and an inverted filter layer, an adsorption layer and an aquatic plant layer are sequentially installed in the frame; the inverted filter layer comprises a plurality of inverted filter units, hard screen frames are arranged outside the inverted filter units, filter materials are filled in the inverted filter units, and the inverted filter units are downwards inserted into the frame; the adsorption layer comprises a plurality of adsorption units, the exteriors of the adsorption units are hard screen frames, the interiors of the adsorption units are filled with adsorbents, and the adsorption units are downwards inserted into the frame; the aquatic plant layer comprises a plurality of planting units, planting unit bodies are hard and provided with water permeable holes, a plurality of planting boxes are arranged along the planting unit bodies, the planting units are downwards inserted into the frame, and the planting boxes extend out of the frame; when the baffles are locked, the inverted filter units, the adsorption units and the planting units at the corresponding positions are limited in the frame. The device can continuously recover bank slope ecology, and enhances substance and energy exchange between a water body and the outside.
