The invention discloses a flow-state soil micropore cast-in-place pile for slope photovoltaic module installation and a construction method thereof.The flow-state soil micropore cast-in-place pile comprises flow-state soil poured into a miniature pile hole, and the flow-state soil comprises in-situ soil and a soil curing agent; the lower end of the reinforcing casing pipe is inserted into the flow-state soil, and the upper end of the reinforcing casing pipe extends to the position above the micro pile hole; the vertical pipe is used for installing a photovoltaic module, the lower end of the vertical pipe is connected with an end sealing plate, and the lower end of the vertical pipe is inserted into the upper end of the reinforcing sleeve and extends to the middle of the reinforcing sleeve; and the multiple empennages are connected to the lower end of the reinforcing sleeve, and the multiple empennages are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the reinforcing sleeve. The problems of long construction period and high cost when a traditional concrete pile foundation is adopted when a photovoltaic project is built on a slope are solved.
