Self-bottom-expanding precast pile and construction method and application thereof
The invention provides three types of self-expanded-base precast piles A, B and C as well as a construction method and application of the self-expanded-base precast piles A, B and C. The self-expanded-base precast piles are the precast piles which are free of filling and internal ramming and form expanded heads along with pile sinking in the later pile sinking period, and the characteristic that the lower part of a bottom section precast hollow pile is relatively poor in expansion and breakage resistance is utilized; the lower portion of the bottom section prefabricated hollow pile is expanded to be broken through a mechanical method or a soil plug and then continuously crushed upwards, and the bottom is gradually expanded to form an expanded head. Compared with a tubular pile carrier pile, the operation can be greatly simplified, and the efficiency is improved; compared with a PHC pipe pile of a conventional prefabricated hollow pile, the PHC pipe pile has the advantages of being high in construction speed, good in pile forming quality and the like, and the pile end bearing capacity of the PHC pipe pile can be greatly improved. The invention further provides the self-bottom-expanding pipe sinking cast-in-place pile.
本发明提供了A、B、C三种类型的自扩底预制桩及其施工方法和应用,为在预制桩沉桩后期,不填料、不内夯,随沉桩随完成扩底形成扩大头的预制桩,是利用底节预制空心桩下部抗胀碎能力比较差的特点,采用机械的方法或利用土塞将底节预制空心桩下部先胀碎、再往上不断压碎、逐渐扩底形成扩大头。与管桩载体桩相比,可大大简化操作、提高效率;与常规预制空心桩之PHC管桩相比,既保留了其施工速度快、成桩质量好等优点,又可大大提高其桩端承载力。本发明还提供了自扩底沉管灌注桩。
