The positioning device comprises a supporting sleeve and a positioning device, wherein the supporting sleeve and a pile hole are coaxially arranged; the limiting arc plates are movably arranged in the supporting sleeve, and a through hole is defined by the limiting arc plates; the linkage mechanism comprises sliding blocks, shear fork rods, a gear ring and a motor, the gear ring is rotatably installed at the upper end of the supporting sleeve, the gear ring and the supporting sleeve are coaxially arranged, the two sliding blocks are arranged in a sliding groove in the inner wall of the supporting sleeve in a sliding mode, a through hole communicated with the sliding groove is formed in the upper end face of the supporting sleeve, a screw rod is rotatably installed in the through hole, and threaded holes are formed in the sliding blocks; the upper ends of the screws are coaxially connected with transmission gears, the lower ends of the screws are screwed in the threaded holes of the two sliding blocks, a first rack is formed on the inner side of the gear ring, the transmission gears on the multiple screws are meshed with the first rack, the motor is installed outside the supporting sleeve and is in transmission connection with the gear ring, and one end of the shear fork rod is connected to the two sliding blocks; and the other end of the shear fork rod is connected to the limiting arc plate. The problem that in existing bridge pile foundation construction, a reinforcement cage and a pile hole cannot be coaxially arranged due to the fact that the reinforcement cage easily shakes horizontally in the lowering process is solved.
本发明公开了一种桥梁桩基钢筋笼的定位装置及其施工方法,包括:与桩孔同轴设置的支承套筒;多块限位弧板,活动地设置于支承套筒内,多块限位弧板围合形成穿孔;联动机构,包括滑块、剪叉杆、齿环和电机,齿环可转动地安装于支承套筒的上端,齿环与支承套筒同轴设置,支承套筒的内壁的滑槽中滑设有两滑块,支承套筒的上端面开设有连通于滑槽的通孔,通孔中可转动地安装有螺杆,滑块开设有螺纹孔,螺杆的上端同轴连接有传动齿轮,螺杆的下端螺合于两滑块的螺纹孔,齿环的内侧形成有第一齿条,多个螺杆上的传动齿轮啮合于第一齿条,电机安装于支承套筒的外部且传动连接于齿环,剪叉杆的一端连接于两滑块,剪叉杆的另一端连接于限位弧板。本发明解决了现有的桥梁桩基施工中,钢筋笼下放过程中易发生水平晃动,导致钢筋笼与桩孔不能同轴设置的问题。
