The invention relates to a construction method for reinforcing an existing concrete inner support of a foundation pit. A plurality of stand columns used for supporting are arranged below the existing concrete support at intervals. In the foundation pit excavation process, before completion of at least one layer of existing concrete support, preparation of continuous excavation and construction of the next layer of concrete support, the following steps are carried out: S1, the following operations are simultaneously or sequentially carried out: steel bars are planted on an enclosure structure below the existing concrete support, and a steel structure bracket is connected; a steel bar sealing formwork is bound on the steel structure bracket, concrete is poured, and arrangement of an end concrete waist beam and the concrete bracket is completed; a bracket for supporting the weight of the prestressed steel support is fixedly arranged at the same height of the side edge of the stand column and the end concrete waist beam; and S3, secondary grouting is conducted on gaps in the ends of the prestressed steel supports, prestress is applied to the ends of the prestressed steel supports, and reinforcement is completed.
