The invention relates to the technical field of water and soil remediation, and discloses water and soil conservation remediation equipment which comprises a water and soil protection blanket and a plurality of fixing devices, each fixing device comprises a fixing drill rod, a plurality of connecting plates, a plurality of fixing rods and a driving part, and a first cavity is formed in each fixing drill rod; the connecting plates are located in the first cavity, and each connecting plate is vertically connected with a plurality of fixing rods; the driving part comprises a connecting rod and a plurality of pushing assemblies, the connecting rod is inserted into the top of the fixing drill rod and extends into the first cavity, each pushing assembly comprises a connecting sleeve and a plurality of pushing rods with one ends rotationally connected to the connecting sleeve, and the other ends of the pushing rods are rotationally connected to the connecting plates in a one-to-one correspondence mode. When fixing is needed, the fixing drill rod is inserted into soil, the connecting sleeve moves downwards, the fixing rod enters the soil, when pulling out is needed, the connecting sleeve is controlled to move upwards, the fixing rod enters the first cavity, and even if the soil is hardened and the fixing rod is pressed tightly, the fixing drill rod can be easily moved out of the soil.
