The basement bottom plate post-cast strip structure of the sinking type technology comprises a post-cast strip assembly, a cover plate assembly used for achieving water seepage prevention is arranged at the top of the post-cast strip assembly, reinforcing steel bar assemblies used for achieving sweeping are arranged in the post-cast strip assembly in an array mode, and the post-cast strip assembly comprises a post-cast strip pit. Preformed grooves are formed in the inner wall of the post-cast strip pit in an array mode, cleaning grooves are formed in the top of the post-cast strip pit in an array mode, the cleaning grooves penetrate through the post-cast strip pit and extend into the post-cast strip pit, and the sizes of the cleaning grooves can be modified. The arranged cover plate assembly is matched with the steel bar assembly, the movable cover plate is forced to move through external force, and under transmission of the steel bar assembly, the sweeping plate is driven to achieve garbage cleaning; and meanwhile, through the arranged cleaning groove and a sealing gasket fixedly installed at the bottom of the fixed cover plate, most of waste water is blocked through the sealing gasket, and finally accumulated water in the post-cast strip pit is pumped through the cleaning groove.
