The invention provides a pipeline cleaning system which comprises a washing unit, a connecting piece and an expandable plugging unit, the washing unit is arranged on the periphery of the connecting piece, and the expandable plugging unit is arranged at the bottom of the connecting piece. The plugging unit and the flushing unit extend to the deep part of the pipeline through the connecting piece, so that the deep part of the pipeline is flushed; and the plugging unit is expandable, and dirt on the inner wall of the pipeline is soaked in the cleaning water by plugging the pipeline in the cleaning process, so that the dirt on the inner wall of the pipeline is fully flushed by the flushing unit. The invention further provides a control method adopting the pipeline cleaning system. The invention further provides the washing equipment which comprises the water outlet and the pipeline cleaning system connected with the water outlet, and the pipeline cleaning system is the pipeline cleaning system or adopts the control method of the pipeline cleaning system.
