The invention relates to an assembly type outer wall sectional type connecting device and a construction method thereof.The assembly type outer wall is divided into an upper wall body section and a lower wall body section, the device comprises a self-centering in-place connecting device, a dry-wet mixed connecting device and a supporting device, and the self-centering in-place connecting device comprises an electromagnetic box, a visual system and a centering controller; the electromagnetic box sleeves the connecting reinforcing steel bar/connecting bolt and magnetizes the connecting reinforcing steel bar/connecting bolt; the visual system and the centering controller are matched to carry out alignment fine adjustment; the dry-wet mixed connecting device comprises a bolt connecting machine and a bin sealing device. The bolt connecting machine is used for bolt dry type connection of an upper wall and a lower wall. The bin sealing device comprises a bin sealing plate surrounding the gap, and grouting holes are formed in the bin sealing plate. The supporting device comprises an inner support and an outer support, the inner support is installed between the bottom wall and the floor, and the outer support is installed between the upper wall and the lower wall. The whole prefabricated outer wall is prefabricated and installed in a segmented mode, the wall installation operation efficiency can be improved, and potential safety hazards caused by traditional tall and large outer wall supporting construction are eliminated.
