The invention provides an electronic lock cylinder which is provided with a shifting wheel and a lock cylinder clutch assembly, and the shifting wheel comprises a limiting groove; one end of the lock cylinder clutch assembly is opposite to one end of the shifting wheel, the lock cylinder clutch assembly comprises an electronic clutch and a mechanical clutch, the electronic clutch comprises a first protruding part and a first transmission part, and the mechanical clutch comprises a plurality of second protruding parts and a second transmission part. The first protruding part and the second protruding part are perpendicular to each other based on the same rotating axis. Wherein the first protruding part and the limiting groove are oppositely arranged, the second protruding part and the limiting groove are oppositely arranged, the first transmission part is connected with the first protruding part, the second transmission part is connected with the second protruding part, and then the electronic unlocking function and the mechanical key unlocking function of the electronic lock cylinder are achieved. The electronic lock cylinder can still work normally under the condition that electronic parts break down, and the safety of the electronic lock cylinder is improved.
