The invention belongs to the technical field of building doors and windows, and relates to an intelligent door and window which comprises a door and window body, a sunshade part and a control unit, the door and window body is sequentially and symmetrically provided with an inner glass layer and an outer glass layer from indoor to outdoor, and the peripheries of the inner glass layer and the outer glass layer are installed on the inner periphery of a rectangular frame; a closed cavity is formed between the inner periphery of the rectangular frame and the opposite surfaces of the inner glass layer and the outer glass layer, and the closed cavity is filled with compressed air; the sunshade piece is arranged on the side, away from the outer glass layer, of the inner glass layer. The control unit is embedded in the top of the rectangular frame, the output end of the control unit is connected with the sunshade piece, an air inlet of the control unit communicates with the closed cavity, and when compressed air in the closed cavity is heated to expand, the pressure in the closed cavity is increased; therefore, the control unit is driven to stretch the sunshade piece to shield the side, away from the outer glass layer, of the inner glass layer, and automatic adjustment of indoor illumination intensity is achieved.
